We employ a tri-pronged strategy designed to surround the industry and win improvements for low-wage restaurant workers? that includes: 1) engaging in workplace justice campaigns to compel exploitative restaurants to provide fair working conditions to their workers; 2) conducting groundbreaking research and worker-led policy initiatives; and 3) promoting the high road to profitability by partnering with restaurant employers who are interested in creating ethical business practices, and by providing job training and placement support to low wage restaurant workers.
